Our client a cutting edge digital transformation consultancy are seeking a Senior level Java Developer to join their expanding team.

You will have the opportunity to work on varied and diverse projects at a senior level.

We are ideally looking for a senior level Java developer with leadership and mentoring experience and the following skills and attributes;

• one or more of Java 8+, NodeJS, JavaScript (ES6), • relevant web frameworks e.g. Spring, React, Angular • Docker and either AWS or Azure • SQL and NoSQL solutions and when to use them • writing clean code and clear tests • DevOps principles for continuous delivery • drawing high-level architectural diagrams to evolve and communicate design

As a leader: We are looking for experience in the following areas: • building trust with stakeholders and foster high-performing teams • coordinating business, resourcing, engineering, architecture and infrastructure needs • designing maintainable, scalable and secure services • enabling delivery without incurring undue technical debt • mentoring and managing other senior software engineers
