Our client is looking for a UX Designer who will help create market leading products that deliver into emergency control room environments, where good user and customer experiences can literally help to save lives.

What you will do:

• Your daily challenge will be to design workflows, layouts and interaction behaviours, that work seamlessly within an established product, which caters for the needs of users under significant pressure, and who operate within deep, yet flexible operational models.
• You will need the ability to absorb and interpret complex requirements and turn them into simple and logical solutions.
• You will need the ability to learn how our users think and operate, in order to deliver appropriate solutions
  
  You will be expected to uphold the projects underlying UX principles and require such attention to detail, that you can employ and advise on the consistency of its UI elements.

Your experience will include:

• You will have extensive knowledge of web application, windows desk top and mobile OS (android/iOS) UI idioms and poses enough incite, to know what it takes to be an excellent UX practitioner.
• You will be expected to have read extensively about the UX discipline and have the desire to learn and innovate, in order to serve the product.
• You will need to able to produce and edit design solutions fluently, using Adobe XD and Illustrator.
• You will have the ability to prioritise and compromise on solutions when required.
• You will require the ability to present designs to the UX lead/project owners and deliver detailed instruction and support, to enable the team to implement those designs, in an agile/scrum development process.
• The project uses custom UI environments across different platforms and you will have the ability to contribute and administer the use of existing but expanding design systems.
