Pay rate: £710pd Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Position: Agile Scrum Master - DV Cleared
You must have active DV clearance used within the last 6 months.
Scum Master role covering a development team doing infrastructure and applications development. The role will play a critical role in embedding Agile practices within the project, driving performance and delivery, and being accountable for creating motivated and high performing squad(s).
9 - 5, Monday to Friday No planned overtime No travel 5 days a week on client site
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Will promote discipline agile working using SAFe
Enable the 'project factory' teams to adopt scaled agile and scrum ways of working, including program increment planning and Scrum behaviors.
Responsible for the scrum teams meeting
Regularly liaise with the client to keep them informed of project progress
Responsible for customer satisfaction targets
Enable teams to make use of customer specified tools in the engineering process.
Essential Skills:
Scrum agile ways of working
Experience with multiple of the below
Secure infrastructure domain experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Experience working with configuration management, defect tracking, query tools and other software productivity tools.
Proactive and highly organised, with good time management and planning skills.
Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
Desirable to have knowledge of Scrum/Agile ways of working
Experience with the following would be beneficial:
o Git
o Nexus
o Vault
o Packer
o Selenium
o UFT
o LoadRunner
o Scripting
o SonarQube
o ZAP
o Azure DevOps Server
o Agility by Digital.ai (formely CollabNet VersionOne)
Experience in the secure infrastructure domain is desirable.
Scrum and/or Scaled Agile certification is highly desirable.
Preferable to have worked within a secure environment, have an understanding of low-to-high side migrations and working collaboratively to achieve security accreditation
Experience in CI/CD pipeline deployment, deployment and complex agile programme delivery would also be useful.
Can do attitude - able to apply experience to accommodate CI/CD pipeline implementation/deployment guardrails resulting from mandated security constraints
Must be willing to undergo DV clearance to join MOD account
