Job description
Technical Skills:
- You must have hands on L2 Application support experience in any/combination of TM1/Netsuite/Coupa/Hyperion
- You must have experience of using Monitoring tool to check the performance of the application and check the error log and validate the log as per Errors.
- Monthly and Quarterly server maintenance, health checks.
- Familiar with Batch processes, Jobs scheduling and services integrated with other application.
- Familiar with the concepts of relational and non-relational data, and different types of data workloads such as transactional or analytical.
- Excellent knowledge in Finance domain.
- Hands-on experience using MS SQL Server, Oracle, or similar RDBMS platform.
Process Skills
- Having good knowledge about ITIL and IT operation.
- Must have experience of resolving the Issues within SLA.
- Expertise in using Ticketing tools Service NOW and Incident management.
- Highly motivated Individual to learn and to mentor project members.
- Effectively communicate and present ideas and/or project status.
Preferred Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Handling Team and understanding how to allocate the work to the concerned team.
- Develop batch processing, streaming and integration solutions.
- Manage source data access security.
- Experience in defining requirements and documenting business must turn that into the requested reporting solution.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
