Security Clearance: Candidates must be SC cleared and British National

Mandatory

  1. Modules : Absence, Payroll, Core HCM
  2. Good Knowledge of Oracle E-Business 12.1.3 and Cloud Data Migration loaders and process
  3. PL/SQL and shell scripting
  4. Good knowledge of data migration processes, mapping,
  5. reconciliation, unit testing, error testing.
  6. BI Publisher and OBIEE Reporting

Desirable

  1. Talent, Learn, Performance & Goals, General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables
  2. Functional Knowledge of modules
  3. iTrent, Agresso
  4. JIRA

Key requirements:

  • Responsible for the development of an absence and payroll transformation and load data migration engine for upload into Oracle Cloud for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
  • Creation and / or update of business reconciliation reports. Defect fixing. Aid extract mapping analysis based on configured data migration framework.
  • Engagement with programme team members and the business to enable completion of code set to agreed timescales.
  • Presenting data migration solution and liaising with business to aid business reconciliation activities. Input to DATA work stream deliverables.
  • Good communicator, team player and ability to manage set activities to agreed timescales.
  • Document / Deliverable, drafted, reviewed, approved and issued.
  • Build and embed capability and methodology within the Programme Team.
  • Build capability and capacity using External Suppliers / PartnersProvide data / analytics / assessment information for use across the Programme
  • Provide software / tools for use by the Programme
  • Achieve completion of a key Programme milestoneEnd user impact
