Business Analyst

Clearance : BPSS

Minimum Requirement:

• Candidate must have resided in UK for at least 5 years – to pass the police vetting required for the role.

• Candidate must live in the North West.

Looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to work in GMP’s IT project delivery function. The role will be focussed on providing process and functional specifications and requirements expertise to lead and define effective analysis of business needs to help identify IT capabilities and improve colleague and public experience.

Experience

- Being the voice of the customer (internal and external)

- Constructively challenging current processes to drive efficiency and improved service

- Creating ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ journeys and processes

- Leading the creation and implementation of appropriate BA working practices

- Working in an IT function and understanding requirements and capability-based solution design

- Creation of UAT criteria and the fulfilment of testing

- Working in a fast paced and complex environment

- Adapting knowledge and skills to deliver success on time and to quality

- Leading the identification of tangible business benefits

- Leading the input to papers and business cases for BA deliverables

- Presenting findings appropriate for all levels in an organisation

- Six Sigma, journey mapping, use cases, concept modelling, MOST, SWOT, MoSCoW, as examples
