Pay rate : £22.98ph Inside IR35

As a Channel Sales Support you will:
● Support of HPE channel account managers in delivering responsive and proactive communications with channel partners
● Support of partners in understanding training certification requirements
● Managing a channel partner support mailbox with responsive email communication and action management
● Order booking support using internal HPE systems including renewal of expired quotes where necessary before order booking
● Management support of order escalations to keep partners informed of order status
● Delivery of support actions for HPE channel partner portal
● A signpost for account alignments in order to facilitate seamless working relationships between HPE and channel partners
● Management of Express Shipment requirements
● Provision of Sales out of Territory (SOT) support
As a Channel Sales Support you:
● Will be someone interested in working in a sales environment or aspiring to be in sales
● Are likely to be early in career or looking for a career change
● Have excellent ‘people’ skills, both telephone and face-to-face
● Are a team player with willingness to be adaptable to meet daily challenges
● Are proactive and understanding of the importance of customer service
● Are responsive to issues and a flexible thinker in approaching problem resolution
● Have excellent communication and organisational skills
● Have a strong work ethic to handle a busy and varied workload
● Are an advanced user of Microsoft desktop products like Excel
● Have a very high standard of written and spoken English

Role Overview
Working in a busy channel sales environment, this role is all about the support you can provide to HPE sales account managers who are focused daily on supporting the growth of HPE channel partners. You’ll get involved in all the actions that help channel partners to deliver their sales goals and stay close to the HPE organisation – sales support, deal admin, communication, certifications, order escalations and partner portal. The role is varied, busy and interesting.
