Role: - Commercial Services Administrator
Location: UK, Milton Keynes
Who are we looking for?
A contract administrator within the IT Commercial Team for one of our biggest client in the Automotive domain. You should have an interest in IT Contracts and Commercial management for IT services.
Technical Skills:
- Commercial analysis and investigation
- Detail orientated
- Cost reconciliation and invoice approval
- Contract database management and maintenance – including analysis to drive meaningful management information
Process Skills:
- Reporting and data input based on contract renewal cycles
- Workflow management to ensure appropriate approvals in-line with company governance principles
- Drafting agreement authorisation documentation
- Supporting contractual negotiations with suppliers
Behavioural Skills:
- Support the Commercial process with procurement and legal review meetings
- Support the IT Operations Team with quarterly business reviews for key suppliers
- Skills / Experience Required:
- Able to prioritise a diverse range of tasks, which may contribute to both departmental and commercial objectives
- Able to work to deadlines while being able to respond to changing priorities
- Articulate with good interpersonal skills, capable of dealing at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to solve problems, creatively and effectively
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and ability to work with numerical data essential
