Pay rate : £market rates Inside IR35 (can also be done on a FTC pro rata)

Who are we looking for?

An Enterprise Architect to unite our IT (information technology) and project management departments across common goals, policies, procedures, and outlooks. Your job will be to create an overview of our assets, IT processes, business development strategies and other internal functions to establish and implement changes that will increase our sustainability and prepare us for future expansion.

Technical Skills:

Find ways in which to improve our IT department's functions so they support our future goals

Create business architecture models that reflect our strategies and goals

Evaluate our systems engineering, talent recruiting and accounting models for discrepancies or vulnerabilities

Locate ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership

Identify ways to increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth

Conduct research in the talent management industry to find ways in which to improve our operations

Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance

Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan with Strategic solutions

Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals

Excellent leadership and motivational skills

Qualification:

Any Graduate/postgraduate/B tech/MBA

Certification:

The Open Group TOGAF Certification

AWS/Azure/Google Certified Solution Architect
