Up to £45,000 pa plus 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays, Private Medical for the employee and immediate family, Pension contributions and Critical Illness cover.

We are currently recruiting for a Full Stack Developer to work as part of a project team, alongside skilled and experienced individuals who are motivated to deliver and support products in the ever-changing landscape of the cyber security industry.

You will be working on unique cyber security products, creating innovative designs including websites, visuals, plugins, technical design documentation, testing and monitoring. You will be given the opportunity to work within an agile team with a diverse skillset to develop and shape the way our clients protect themselves against the latest cyber security threats.

You will be:

• Responsive and continual evolution of analytics
• Driving innovation in GUI design, development tools and best practices
• Able to gain and progress knowledge and understanding of cyber security as an individual and subsequently share across the company
• Maintaining and increasing the delivery quality of analytics
• Maintain code integrity and organisation
• Produce relevant engineering documents such as design proposals, unit testing, in-code API documentation, performance benchmarks
• Integration of new and existing platforms in the cyber suite of products
• Working with physical and virtual platform infrastructures
• Feature development
• Bug fixing

Skills:

Essential

• Strong Node.js experience
• Strong Linux experience
• Front end development experience e.g. Angular, React, Bootstrap, JQuery

Desirable

• Experience of high rate and volume distributed analytics and data platforms (preferably ElasticSearch / Kibana / Mongo)
• Experience of Git, Jenkins, Jira
• Web sockets
• IP networking
• Experience of Rest APIs e.g., HTML, JSON
• Experience with scripting languages such as, preferably, Python
• Understanding of Agile development methodology, continuous integration, and automated build platforms#
