We are looking for Ivanti/AppSense specialists who are technical experts, and those who are currently looking to expand their knowledge and skills. You will apply those skills to:

• Utilise a broad spectrum of technology to produce part or all of the technical solution for our clients;
• Apply depth and breadth of technical knowledge and be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise.
• Contribute to knowledge tools and communities, and ensure learnings are shared for reuse.

Core Skills and Experience

Specialist knowledge of the Ivanti/AppSense product suite over multiple product versions, including (but not limited to) Ivanti/AppSense Management Center & Ivanti/AppSense Personalization Server in multiple datacenter, multiple site configurations.

Experience of design, implementation and support of Ivanti/AppSense solutions for multiple environments.

Good understanding of both traditional FAT and virtual environments, including the differences in the configuration and management of each.

Good understanding of Microsoft operating systems including a good working knowledge of the system registry.

Experience of cloud solutions – private and public.

Good working knowledge of associated technologies

• Active Directory
• Citrix
• VMWare
• App-V
• Loadbalancers
• Microsoft SQL Server

Experience of working with application packaging teams.

Ability to train support staff in supporting and troubleshooting Ivanti/AppSense deployments.

Experience of system migrations.

Experience of working within project life cycle frameworks.

Ability to take ownership of a large scale project and liaise with the customer to contribute to the technical design of customer solutions.

Desirable Skills and Experience

5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8+ years in total).

Scripting/Powershell skills

Citrix

Experience of producing automated and unattended installations of Ivanti/AppSense products.

Experience of working with security technologies/products within a secure server environment.

Ivanti/AppSense Certified Professional/Certified Expert and/or Microsoft certifications.
