Product Owner

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Owner with leadership experience to fill a 12-month contract working on-site in Aldermaston (plus weekly travel to Paddington). The successful candidate will be the sole person in this role, working with a wider team.

Essential requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a product-driven environment (preferably in technology, SaaS, or digital products)
• Proven experience in leading successful delivery of new products with a heavy content bias within a transformation programme
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centred design
• Ability to conduct and analyse user research and usability tests
• Demonstrated experience in creation of content strategies and content copy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• GDS experience/trained
• Experience is demonstrable – can show this with track record of what they have created in the past.
