We are looking for a Product Specialist - Data and AI SaaS Onboarding - Customer Care to work Remotely.
The activities executed by this team include: customer onboarding, getting started assistance, ensuring first productive use of products, develop and trigger usage messages/eNuture campaigns, and provide insights to customer health and out quarter renewals.

Job Role Skill Set - Technical Specialist Professional:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise - Data and AI Leadership and/or Implementation
- Preferred Technical and Professional Experience - WA, WD, STT/TSS, and NLU
- Required Education - High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred Education - Bachelor's Degree
