Duration : 3 months with a possible extension

Position : Product Specialist - Data and AI SaaS Onboarding - Customer Care

Please note that if you accepted this contract then the client would expect you to work the full contract duration.

We are looking for a Product Specialist - Data and AI SaaS Onboarding - Customer Care to work Remotely.

The activities executed by this team include: customer onboarding, getting started assistance, ensuring first productive use of products, develop and trigger usage messages/eNuture campaigns, and provide insights to customer health and out quarter renewals.

-Client Care (Watson Assistant, Discovery, NLU, STT…)

Job Role Skill Set - Technical Specialist Professional:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise - Data and AI Leadership and/or Implementation
  • Preferred Technical and Professional Experience - WA, WD, STT/TSS, and NLU
  • Required Education - High School Diploma/GED
  • Preferred Education - Bachelor's Degree
