Position : Project Manager
We are looking for an intermediate Project Manager to work with our client. We are looking at a start date of early October through to the end of June 22, full time. The successful candidate will need to go through the client internal financial checks, so there will be some forms to complete. This process takes about 6 weeks, hence why we are putting the request out now to get CVs in, reviewed and interviewed.
Role Description:
HPE will provide a PMs to Manage the Mint Tulip MOC Consultants who are delivering the MOC comms and Process to the Business Units.
The PMs will manage the MOC Team to ensure that the BU's understand and buy in to the client process of migrating their Teams of non IT Business Units/Functions to the O365 Suite;
- · Work alongside the MS Pilot / Mass PM and sub PM's
- · Owner and maintainer of the overall capacity plan, Create, maintain, share, enforce and drive the plan
- · Review and adjust plan / team workload against exclusions (blackouts, restrictions, bank holidays)
- · Run through on calls (multiple times a week), setting actions and validating they have been completed
- · Assist in updating the reporting for BU adoptions
- · Defining BU plans and working to put the plan in place
- · Escalations - manage and drive
- · Involvement in day to day activities via DLs / Teams channels
- · Provide overall Project Management Oversight of MOC Process activities, responsible for day to day delivery management of the Workstream
- · Lead engagements with client Business Units as part of the process
- · Monitor overall progress, manage risks, assigning actions as needed
- · Direct and support the core MOC team
- · Manage communications/engagements with MS BU key stakeholders as part of MOC process,
- · Report progress to the O365 Programme Management Leadership group (and SRO) at regular intervals
The work location is currently remote, but over time Paul thinks the candidate will need to go to site in London, although probably not on a full time basis.
