Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Illustration of central hub: Define and illustrate (mock-up) a central engagement hub for customers
User Experience design framework: Outline the user experience design framework for the future build/delivery phases.
Investigation and Documentation: Investigate and document the current digital capabilities and future capabilities required to deliver the future vision as aligned with customer experience and customer journeys
Architecture alignment: Map and document the enterprise architecture relationship between necessary systems (front-end, middleware, back-end, data) and the required data flows. Including a dependency matrix with other systems.
Documentation: AS-Is state document and Digital Channel Roadmap creation
Design system creation: Collaborate with other BA’s to create a design system
Facilitate business requirement sessions/ workshops with Internal and External Stakeholders to extract use cases across the lifecycle stages
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Technical Skills:

Strong requirements gathering, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
Experienced delivering digital projects / web & software development experience is must.
Understanding of Content Management Systems desirable
Understanding of digital channels and how these can work for a customer.
Understanding and experience in wireframe creation, mapping user journeys and user experience
Ability to identify, articulate and document external and internal dependencies / capability gaps/requirements.
Facilitate workshops with key SMEs and stakeholders to extra use cases across the lifecycle stages (MDU departments)
User Story / requirements creation and governance
Must have experience in Digital Projects/ Web & Application Development
Great experience in User Story/ requirements creation and governance
Must have Wireframe experience and should be comfortable in mapping User Journeys and User experiences
Solid understanding of Agile Project Management tools like JIRA/ Microsoft Azure DevOps

Soft Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have experience in handling UK/US/European/Australian (or outside India) clients directly.
The ability to advocate for best practices, great usability and exceptional quality
Ability to quickly understand and decipher design systems
Strong time management, goal setting and task prioritization abilities

Preferred Skills:

Agile Certification of Product Owner (CSPO/POPM), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional Business Analyst (PMI-PBA)
Understanding / Experience in Design tools (e.g. Firma)
Technical knowledge of digital landscape
Understanding of UX Tools

Qualification:

8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst/Product Owner is required
Minimum requirement of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field

Clear understanding of below concepts

Digital Experience

Design systems such as Figma, real exposure or experience translating designs to developers (or managing a design system from prototype to delivery)
Alignment to the business for scope management through to UAT, real confidence in their experience managing requirements end to end.
Having experience to consult on best practice digital experience, For example : UX/Design, conversion, understanding of frictionless experience or sticky user experiences
