Senior Developer - .NET and Angular - Manchester /Oldham

Please note this role will be moving from Oldham into Central Manchester by mid-2020

Our client a major IT and business service provider in an area of their business specialising in payments technologies are looking for a talented Senior Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Developer:

• Develop, maintain and enhance web applications in HTML5 and Angular.
• Develop web services in .NET / .NET Core.
• Provide impact analysis and liaise with the Technical Lead / Agile team to implement functionality as per the agreed requirements.
• Ensure solutions adhere to development standards and other standards relevant to the business area (e.g. W3C, PCI, PA-DSS).
• Perform peer-level code reviews to ensure it complies with the development standards and suggest areas of improvement.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant technology and IT techniques.

What we’re looking for:

• NET experience essential as well as some exposure to Java ideally for legacy system the client are moving away from
• Experienced with Angular is essential
• We are seeking full stack development experience
• Experience with HTML5
• Experienced in an Agile environment
• Experience in working on multi -site development projects (some of the team are based in India)
