As a Service Design & Transition Manager you will have the following skills:
Stakeholder management
Service design
Transition/change management
Agile, Confluence/Jira, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Teams & PowerPoint), ITIL if possible
Large team leading on a number of services being transitioned – will need strong service design skills as well as transition management & stakeholder management experience/skills


Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in the Ideally NHS Digital or public sector background
Work collaboratively

About the role:
The team needs an experienced SD&T Manager to support on a number of new services being rolled out
Take the lead in ensuring that all aspects of service transition projects are driven through to delivery
Fast paced role
