We are looking for a Sharepoint Technical Consultant to work with our client's team.

What you will be doing:

• Analysis and remediation of the existing corpus of information and the integration of applications with current systems:

• Define the day 1 target Information Architecture

• Define day 1 target M365 Records Management and Governance

• Migration from Documentum to SharePoint Online

• Migration and Information Lifecycle Workshop and subsequent discussions i. Identify appropriate migration strategy and tooling

• Agreement on what and how to remediate a. Organise and execute a workshop and subsequent discussions

• Agree the as-is and to-be structures as a baseline for the design b. Design, build and configure the day 1 structures, taking into account Analysis, Records Mgmt. and Governance requirements

• Metadata mapping

• Preparing source and target platform for migration

• Preparing the environment, access and tooling required for the migration
• Testing the environment, access and tooling required for the migration b.

• Test and schedule migration

• Migration to SPOL

• Validation and sign-off

Location : Remote

Pay rate : £51ph Inside IR35

Duration : 06/09/2021 to 30/11/2021
