Technical Delivery Manager

Permanent or 2 year FTC

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the strategy, design and development of complex technical deliveries and continuous improvement of business-critical solutions and data feeds, including MS D365 CRM, Sitecore, APIs and commerce; to ensure TLS can develop and deliver products and services effectively to Members and customers via all channels.

Knowledge, skills and experience

Essential

• Expertise in leading solution development, preferably in Customer Relationship Management, website, Integration Services, APIs, customer facing portals and commerce solutions
• Detailed understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics database schema, business data model and security models
• Competent with the use and configuration of at least two or more of the following:

• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Microsoft Power Apps
• Azure data factory
• Microsoft PowerBI
• Logic Apps

• Understanding of Microsoft common data service/dataverse
• C# and .Net development experience within MS Dynamics 365 Environment and or Sitecore XP
• Experience working in a DevOps environment
• Substantial knowledge in implementing data management and governance
• Previous experience in leading business process analysis, design and mapping
• Strong reasoning and advisory skills, with the ability to influence others
• Ability to engage confidently and effectively with staff at all levels
• Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
• Experience of leading internal and external teams including performance management
• Experience of coaching, mentoring and people development
• Ability to resolve conflict and to deal with competing priorities

Desirable

• Qualified practitioner of ITIL or Agile project delivery methodologies and tools
• Microsoft D365 developer certification (preferably PL-200 and MB-230 or MB-210)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and integrations
• Knowledge of Sitecore or similar enterprise experience platforms
• Experience of Security measures relating to software development
• Experience of Test Driven Development and best practice around software testing
