We are looking for individuals who possess skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Able to demonstrate experience of troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical issues.
- Understanding, and previous use of, AWS services.
- Installation and configuration of RHEL or Windows Server OS technologies.
- Configuration and understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL and Oracle.
- Good knowledge of fundamental networking, such as network protocols, VPNs and firewalls.
- Experience with enterprise software applications and demonstrate understanding of development, test and release processes.
Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate excellent team-working skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and make rational decisions considering relevant risks and taking responsibility for such decisions.
- Background in Service Management Capabilities and experience of working with Service Management toolsets.
- Experience of working with personnel in a cross-organisation environment
