Test Manager - eDV

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with expertise in AppWorks or similar platforms to lead the testing strategy and execution for a variety of applications. You will manage both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring that performance, accessibility, and functional standards are consistently met. As the Test Manager, you will oversee the development and maintenance of testing frameworks, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for applications built on AppWorks or other similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Testing: Lead and manage the testing efforts for applications developed on AppWorks or similar platforms.
• Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for AppWorks or similar platform applications to ensure reliability for future releases and patches.
• Performance Testing: Oversee and maintain the performance test suite for these applications, ensuring it is used effectively for performance analysis of future releases and system updates.
• Accessibility Testing: Conduct and manage accessibility testing using both manual and automated tools (e.g., Axe and Wave) to ensure applications are fully accessible.
• Manual Testing: Perform functional and non-functional manual testing where automation is not applicable, especially in platform environments like AppWorks.
• Test Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including Test Plans, Scripts, Bug Reports, and Test Reports, to ensure visibility and thorough test coverage.
• Knowledge Transfer: Provide guidance and training to the testing team on best practices for testing platform-based applications, enabling team members to execute automated tests and analyse results accurately.
• Consultancy: Advise on best practices for continuous integration, non-functional testing, and operational acceptance testing specific to AppWorks or similar platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Ensure continuous service improvement (CSI) in testing processes and methodologies, particularly for AppWorks and other related platform services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing both manual and automated testing processes, with a focus on AppWorks or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega).
• Expertise in developing and maintaining automated regression and performance test suites for platform-based applications.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools, such as Axe and Wave.
• Experience in producing detailed and actionable test documentation, including scripts and reports.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for guiding teams and conducting knowledge transfer.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing testing activities across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and operational testing best practices, particularly for platform-based environments.
