We are looking for an SC Cleared Web Application Developer to work in Croydon/Leicester (home based for now) to join a team to reinvent current systems as a born-on-the-cloud solution on AWS using an API driven approach. This project involves numerous agile teams working closely together to build a data services platform using leading edge DevOps techniques.

This is the ideal project if you are looking to enhance your Cloud Agile and DevOps experience.

Only candidates with active SC Clearance can be considered.

Required Skills:

1. Front End developer with proven experience in developing new web applications using React Redux and related technologies.
2. Proven skills in translating UI design into webpage components including deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3/SASS
3. Excitement about emerging web technologies and how to apply them in projects
4. Experience working in a DevOps environment demonstrates familiarity with good Git practises Git flow etc
5. Experience of automated unit test techniques and related concepts including mocking and dependency injection
6. Familiar with using development workflow tools eg Webpack/Gulp/Grunt.
7. Good understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG 2.0)
8. Good knowledge of Object Oriented and functional programming concepts

Nice to have skills:

1. Experience with Redux Sagas to handle side effects in Redux
2. Experience of working in scaled agile teams
3. Knowledge of approaches for modularising CSS (such as CSS in JS) is a plus
4. Integrating with Identity and Access Managers (IAMs) using standards such as OpenId Connect
5. Delivering production-strength Node.js applications
6. Experience of delivery to Public Sector clients
